3 stars: I bought it for a carry on bag and to hold my laptop. When I opened it I thought it would be bigger and hold more but I was disappointed. The size is good for a kid clothes but don’t stuff it too much because the weight of the bag will tip it over. We couldn’t figure out the lock at all and ended up just using a bought TSA lock. I plan on using it for my son’s check in bag on our next trip since it has 4 wheels but I won’t use it as a carryon because it doesn’t hold much. Update as of 1/16/2020: I received an email from CoolLife about wanting to speak to me and help me fix the issue. Which i appreciate when companies want to fix the problem. I received a call from Coollife Rep which she was very sweet and helpful. They went ahead and refunded me the purchase made. Which was also very generous of this company. I give this company major points for wanting to correct the problems with their customers and help correct it as best as they can. Which is why I updated it to 4 stars from 3 stars.

Really nice looking luggage for the price. Held up good on international flights . Plenty of room inside. Just wished the inside Plastic pocket had a zipper.

this is a beautiful carry on piece of luggage, when I can afford to I will order another piece. It is very well made and more than I had expected. Im so thrilled and have received compliments from others, I just hope they dont get the same color as mine. Oh the color is more yellowish than beige as it appears in the picture. Also is it suppose to have a key?

While the style is crisp and clean, I have my doubts about its durability. Bought it for my wifes occasional travel and after just two short trips-Seattle and San Diego from Oakland-the pull up handle is feeling progressively looser. Her 20 year-old Hartmann rollers handle is still tight as can be. A decent, cheap bag but beware its longterm reliability is unlikely to hold up to even 2-3 trip/year use for more than a few years.

I bought this set for a trip to Africa. The rollers work wonderfully and the carry-on is perfect size for overhead bins. Both picked up some scratches, which I expected, but after 45min puddle jumper, I noticed that my small case had started to split at the mid seam, it was not overloaded or difficult to zip closed. It looked like the glue had begun to fail and it popped out of the metal band that goes around the case at the center. I was able to push it back into place, using my body weight and a wall but it kept reopening. I ended up having to buy two luggage straps to hold it together for the flight back to Washington from Johannesburg.

Good for a week long trip, was able to fit clothes in, shoes had to use a separate, didn’t break, rolled pretty well. Wasn’t crazy bout the handle, a little loose.

I have only used this once but it worked well. The wheels move well and the size is just perfect for quick trips. It was easy to get in the overhead bin on the airplane. The color is as described.

I had purchased this set as an add on to one of my other suitcases from this same company. I received the suitcases but did not keep them due to a missing rivet on the hinge. I did not reorder this set because I would not have received it in time for my trip.
