FANTASTIC QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Was nervous about buying luggage online, but these are extremely well built and swivel well. Took them on a trip to Europe (lugging them along cobblestone streets) and they did well. Plenty of room also.

3 stars: I bought it for a carry on bag and to hold my laptop. When I opened it I thought it would be bigger and hold more but I was disappointed. The size is good for a kid clothes but don’t stuff it too much because the weight of the bag will tip it over. We couldn’t figure out the lock at all and ended up just using a bought TSA lock. I plan on using it for my son’s check in bag on our next trip since it has 4 wheels but I won’t use it as a carryon because it doesn’t hold much. Update as of 1/16/2020: I received an email from CoolLife about wanting to speak to me and help me fix the issue. Which i appreciate when companies want to fix the problem. I received a call from Coollife Rep which she was very sweet and helpful. They went ahead and refunded me the purchase made. Which was also very generous of this company. I give this company major points for wanting to correct the problems with their customers and help correct it as best as they can. Which is why I updated it to 4 stars from 3 stars.

I had purchased this set as an add on to one of my other suitcases from this same company. I received the suitcases but did not keep them due to a missing rivet on the hinge. I did not reorder this set because I would not have received it in time for my trip.

I like the style, maneuverability and its not too big. As for quality, the luggage handled pretty well with connecting flights. Luggage still looks new. I havent gone on international flights to really test this. I really like the carry-on. It was easy to maneuver everywhere. I am able to fit my computer, charger, USB wires and 4 days worth of summer clothes.

We havent used it yet but its super cute, the perfect size for carry on and it rolls nicely. I will update review after using it. We liked it so much we ordered a second bag, we only travel with carry on luggage so this is a steal at this price!

PURCHASE THIS LUGGAGE ON A REFERRAL FROM A RELATIVE WHO HAS THIS LUGGAGE AND WAS SO HAPPY WITH IT THEY PURCHASED ADDITIONAL PIECES. LUGGAGE APPEAS TO BE VERY STURDY AND LIGHTWEIGHT. ANXIOUS TO TRY IT OUT ON OUR UPCOMING TRIP.

This is my first PC/Hard shell luggage, and I am very pleased with purchase. I researched so many different options, and am convinced this set is the best combo of form/features with high-end materials for the $$. Tested this extensively over the holidays on overseas trips and it performed beautifully, and looks great too! I absolutely love the hard shell protection, the integrated combo locks and the spinner wheels. Cant recommend highly enough!!

Smaller than expected but works beautifully. Rolls easily, durable. No handle on the side, just on top.
