We received this set of 3 suitcases and found them to be exactly as advertised. Sturdy, traveled via airline to and from a cross country non stop flight where I am sure they got tossed around plenty, but they held together well! Very roomy, awesome manueverability, steely grayish blue color. Handles open and collapse easily, they zip open so they can lay completely flat. Nice zip cover inside one compartment so you can keep things in the two sides totally separate.

Was very pleased with the luggage and received it when promised. Locks on smallest bag were defective. Returned all and they were replaced with a new set. All work fine and sizes of bags were what we wanted. Seem sturdy and look good.

I purchases all 3 sizes when the package went on sale...I went on a 18 day trip Europe, it consisted of 5 flights (checked bag for all of them), multiple train rides, and walks on cobblestone streets, and the medium sized luggage held up pretty well. Im planning to take it on more trips and still need to test the other two. Im pretty happy with my purchase!

Easy to handle Beautiful Plenty of room

All three were beautiful. I purchased the tan colored set and it is just a hue browner than a rose gold. The color is perfect for both men and women; a true neutral without being boring. All three are light weight , roomy and maneuver smoothly.

I bought this due to my previous new 28 in. coming home with a broken wheel. So frustrating! Upon receiving this I immediately fell in love with the color! I wasnt sure if purple was my thing but even my husband loved the color & design. Its SO Bold & beautiful, it just makes me smile and I cant wait to use it! I wanted a different color so we could dustinguish it better in the airport luggage carousel. Ive checked out the wheels, all zippers inside & out and all checks out perfect! Its lightweight which makes for more weight on my personal items upon packing and all 3 have TSA locks which is a comfortable protection & makes for a hassle free worry about finding & buying a lock. IF the airlines respect that convenience for them as well. I havent used it yet but will update after my trip in May where it will get several exchanges in & out of several planes & destinations.

My first time purchasing luggage that isnt soft sided. I knew I would have to give up the outside zippered pouches which I wasnt sure would work for me. But decided to try it. I love that every piece is very lightweight and the rollers are great. Only used them once so far so cant comment on airline abuse but so far so good. I really like the new locks on each piece. Seems durable and easy to use. Looking forward to my next trip via airlines and will know more then.

Nice luggage. Used it once so far. Unfortunately, only the largest one is expandable. Misleading information.

Pretty disappointing that the luggage broke on the first trip that I used it (medium size). It rolls well enough, but the roller itself broke when Id gotten it back from baggage claim after the first use. Edit- 2/7/23 Customer service responded to warranty claim quickly although they attempted to buy a 4/5 star review for 50$ and stated, If you are satisfied with our service, could you please help me to delete or update the review to 4/5 stars... Upon your deletion or update, well issue it right away. This communication infers that they require a better review to honor warranty. Since having received the replacement luggage rather than taking any money that was offered, Coolife has continually called/emailed to request me to update my review to 4/5 stars. I would highly recommend AGAINST buying this product if harassing a customer is the way they go about their service. 2/5 stars because the company does honor their warranty but reviews of their products can be bought/coerced by their service team.
