One of the tire is already broken. Just the second travel.

Held up on a trip to Aruba

[For reference, I travel about once a week for work]. Its a decent size, so the larger one can fit a good amount in it. As soon as it was delivered though, there wasnt a key, so I had to use 000 as the lock combination. After about 6 months, a crack was noticed on the outside, after a flight. Now its been about a year, and the zipper broke, rendering the lock useless. Will have to get another suitcase asap. But I wont be getting these again. Id say, if youre thinking of traveling a few times a year, itll probably be perfect for you (given cost verses reward). But if youre a regular traveler, either be prepared to replace it every year or go with another brand. Also, either way, not promising if they dont send you keys.

Got for my birthday in my favorite color. I love the luggage. I travel a lot and live the 360 wheels rotation. So easy to guide through airport. Three piece, large, medium and small. Deep beautiful color. They were on sale during two day Amazon sale. I had to have this luggage.

Nice set of luggage for the money. Moves around nicely.

Handles will not stay up while moving. Love the size and color.

Pretty disappointing that the luggage broke on the first trip that I used it (medium size). It rolls well enough, but the roller itself broke when Id gotten it back from baggage claim after the first use. Edit- 2/7/23 Customer service responded to warranty claim quickly although they attempted to buy a 4/5 star review for 50$ and stated, If you are satisfied with our service, could you please help me to delete or update the review to 4/5 stars... Upon your deletion or update, well issue it right away. This communication infers that they require a better review to honor warranty. Since having received the replacement luggage rather than taking any money that was offered, Coolife has continually called/emailed to request me to update my review to 4/5 stars. I would highly recommend AGAINST buying this product if harassing a customer is the way they go about their service. 2/5 stars because the company does honor their warranty but reviews of their products can be bought/coerced by their service team.

Based my purchase on written reviews, video reviews, company videos and price. First used this set in August 2022, no issues. Second use was on a Christmas trip to Vegas and then to Canada. On return in January 2023 noted the lower zipper pull and zipper pull largest bag MISSING from TSA locking mechanisms. Middle bag had a crack about 3 inches long. Contacted Coolife - provided requested information and pictures. Received an email, with apologies and $40.00 offer for compensation. I declined and requested replacement for the largest bag. Was offered $90.00 refund in lieu - I accepted it as it was 1/2 of the original purchase price. I would suggest getting any paid warranty offered and covers- 2 year warranty is very limited.

These pieces look sharp. I’m was a soft side suitcase lover. Changed my mind: I like these. They’re light enough and move as expected. I bought one Coolife set for each of my 16yr old daughters. They love them. I’d buy more for the rest of the family if we needed them. :)
