> 3 dayI would rate it much higher if it would deliver 5 copies at a time, but at best it does 4. One drive consistently refuses to copy a disc even though it ran the self test without an issue. Now I have a follow-up. Called Tech support. Now all is fine. Wont bore you with details, but unit is now working fine.

> 3 dayI could not rate this product until I had tried it. Duplicator is great !! I have duplicated six basketball games in the past three weeks, making twelve copies per game. Absolutely a great product so far !!!!!

> 3 dayI purchased one of these is 2014 and the only problem Ive ever had was I had to glue the top label back on. I cannot image how many thousands of copies Ive put though this thing. Great product. Cant speak to customer support as Ive never had a need to use it.

> 3 dayIts a pretty good cd burner. works fast, although walmart brand cds wont work....i buy Verbatim. One of the drives broke after 3 months, but the customer service was very fast and helpful and helped me troubleshoot it so it started working again. and they will replace any broken parts for up to 1 year. so overall very satisfied
