I purchased one of these is 2014 and the only problem Ive ever had was I had to glue the top label back on. I cannot image how many thousands of copies Ive put though this thing. Great product. Cant speak to customer support as Ive never had a need to use it.

Holy Moley! Pop a master disc in, put blanks in... Dont turn away because your copies will be ready almost immediately! This was the easiest and fastest copy system I have ever used!

I love Amazon reviews, I never would have bought this without the reviews and praise the machines received. The price on these duplicators is incredible and its a brilliantly easy machine to use. My duplicator was double boxed and that box was put in an outer shipping box for even more protection. My duplicator arrived fast and in perfect condition. Its an attractive black PC style tower loaded with disc drives. Open the top drive, put in the original you want to copy. Open the lower drives (as many as you need), load with blank media, close the drives and press enter, off it goes. In less than five minutes I made five perfect CD copies, I love it, what a time save. I have a recording studio and were constantly making CD copies for band members, this duplicator is really going to speed up the process and take away the pain. Im sure it will pay for itself quickly. I was going to buy the 3-disc model but the five was only $50 more so I went for that. You dont need to fill every drive with blank media, you can make one copy if thats all you need. An awesome machine, thanks Amazon!

Earlier review I gave was 4 stars because one tray wouldnt open, tech support called me today, they thought it was a loose cable and talked me thru the fix and it is now working perfectly, it is a well made high quality product and then to have tech support call within an hour after e-mailing them! Check out all the reviews and youll see why they are so highly rated, made my purchase based on those reviews, another satisfied fan of this company.

This is exactly what we were looking for. We are doing a project to make multiple DVDs for a school show. We made a master copy, then the machine made five duplicates within minutes. Absolutely efficient. It would have taken those hours and hours without this machine. Best Buy!

This duplicated the music on CDs just fine but the titles/CD text was missing. I use Roxio software and the CD text info shows up just fine using the CD burner on my PC but doesnt with this duplicator.Complete waste of my money-taking up valuable real estate in my small office. Back to burning one CD at a time. Ridiculous!

We ordered one and slot 4 did not work. We ordered a second and none of the slots worked. Spent an hour on the phone with tech support and still was not able to get the unit to work. They were helpful but disappointed that it would not work. I think the jostling during delivery was a problem so will order from a different company at the least.
