BUYER BEWARE. When you purchase any Corel software, specifically Paintshop Pro 2021, youll be inundated with ads every time you close the software and constant popup ads on your desktop. Just Google the issue, or visit Corel support blogs, and youll find thousands of similar complaints going back years. There is no way to get rid of the intrusive ads, even though therere instructions to get rid of the ads. But again, thousands of people complain, including me, that the instructions dont work. So, if you like ads, this is the program for you.

Great value for the money. Extensive documentation in the 584 page manual. Customer service was prompt with good follow-up.

I have purchased several Corel products in the past. This is the first one that I am sorry I purchased. I think they tried to design Paintshop Pro to fit both the very experienced user and casual user. For me a casual user I want to get a task done as quickly and simply as possible. Best example I can provide, for something as basic as resizing a photo, Paintshop has 5 different techniques to get this accomplished. I dont care to have this level of complexity for a simple task and what makes it so complex is a user interface that in my opinion is hard to navigate and not immediately obvious.

Its easy to use but crashed more than it works.

Easy to install.

It took from 9:00pm one day to 1:30pm the next day to download it and now it wont accept the serial number on the box or the sleeve. I emailed them back & forth for the next 24 hours trying to get it installed and they finally gave me instructions to uninstall it and start over. It required disabling my antivirus. Then it got to the point of Run as administrator and it quit again. I just restarted my computer to get my antivirus back. I am so stressed and distressed with them! It is going back but it has been an awful weekend working with them. Dont buy a COREL product !!!!!

I havent been able to use it yet, because I still cant find the serial number that was sold to me. Corel tells me it should be on my order / invoice, or in my games and software downloads on Amazon. I cant find it anywhere. Ill never do this again.

I feel cheated. This is not a bundle of great programs. It is more like one program (PaintShop) and a bundle of demos to try and if you want them, will have to buy them. Worst of all, the ads are quite intrusive. There are pop- ups that appear on your screen interrupting work almost every night.

I am upgrading to this product from PaintShop Pro X6, which I have had for about a year. In the older version you are constantly bombarded with ads for the new version, so I decided to try it out. Other than the new splash screen there doesnt seem to be a lot that has itchanged under the hood though. They seem to have fixed some of the bugs that X6 had. You would think that bug fixes would have been included in online updates for the product though.
