Upgraded from a 550 off brand that came with my original build. Biggest upside was that my original was. Not fully modular and this was. Like why do they even make power supplies not fully modular? This was a huge step up for me.

Make sure to use a power usage calculator to see if the power delivery will be sufficient for you, factoring in your CPU at full load, GPU at full load, as well as some head room for your other attached devices.

Changed my EVGA 750w PSU to a 850W Corsair with the same internals and now my room constantly trips the breaker. I try different outlets and same result. No idea why this happens and Im quite disappointed that this unit is considered to be a pretty high tier PSU.

Nothing to complain about here. This PSU is as good as it gets: silent and perfect for AMD 2700 Ryzen and Nvidia RTX 2080.

No issues with the unit until I attempted to hook up a brand new video card in my computer and fried it. Didnt understand why until I realized that the video card cables were not the originals that should have been supplied by Corsair in the box, but rather aftermarket cables that someone else had apparently returned inside the unit I was sent. Now too late for a return and Im stuck with a paper weight after buying a new power supply in store.
