I dont have any complaints about the product. I have been using corsair power supplies on all my builds for about 8 years. The one this one replaces was a 600 watt that ran constantly for 5 years and it is still running it just couldnt keep powering that rig after I made some upgrades to it. So I added this 800 watt to it. I liked the price and sometimes I wonder if my PC is even running because it is so quiet. I recommend this power supply as I recommend all corsair products.

Contrary to what you may have heard, this PSU does not contain a boost function when put in the microwave. It does work quite well though, very quiet, does its job without talking back. Ive managed to connect over 350 molex fans to my dryer, it has saved immensely on my power bill. The cables are kind of lame, they shouldve been individually sleeved with flame themed paracord and LEDs. Otherwise, good quality.

Twice I have ordered this product and twice it arrived NOT WORKING. What kind of recycled garbage are they sending out? Do NOT recommend unless you like being charged for incompetence.

The first thing that sets this power supply apart from others is the heavyweight metal housing, and the tough black powder coating. OEM and budget power supplies come housed in flimsy metal, so CORSAIR has an immediate advantage in the visual and tactile quality test. Looks and feel arent everything, but theyre a good start. Also, by personal choice, I am a big fan of the clean black appearance with only white for labeling, and the all-black cables included. It really adds to the look of a finished build; gone are the rainbow cables from the past.

I love it but you don’t see it on my pc. The case I used NZXT H710 so theirs no visuals of it. But overall great power box

I read the bad reviews and thought pshhhh these people just don’t know what they are doing. Well I should have listened. I bought a 3070 ti so needed an upgraded power supply. I changed over the GPU and power supply. As soon as I hit the power button it was popping and cracking. Fried my 1200 dollar gpu fried my 1TB sshd and fried all my fans. I’m so screwed and out so much money I could cry.

Overall, the item is as describe, however, I was not expecting the power plug to be type B since the item is being listed in Amazon.sg and not Amazon.com. Why would you sell an incompatible power plug type (US plug) in the Singapore site? I would assume it would be type G since it was not mentioned in the product page.
