Cosmos Black Aluminum Metallic Protection Hard Case Cover for Playstation PS VITA 1000 Series, Fits for Oval Start & Select Button Only (NOT for PSV 2000 Slim Version)

I bought this case/cover because I wanted something that would protect my vita from scratches, drops, etc. This case is very hard and seems like it would do a decent job protecting the vita. However, it is nearly impossible to remove. Im not sure if maybe I was doing it incorrectly or something, but I really had to pry this thing apart. Its a good case for someone who knows that they will never be removing it once its on.

Cheap piece of trash. The points where the case lock broke fairly quickly. It looks nice, and has a nice finish but did not last long at all. Avoid

Its a plastic case, with a brushed metal cover. But it works as intended.

This is not aluminum! I was expecting a metal case but it is plastic. One thing that I really did not like is the packaging it was taped all over the place and it was horribly package and I had a big sticker on it that said new material I don’t know what they mean by that but I was very upset.

Covers and ur PS Vita perfectly. Not too bulky, and doesn’t feel slippery in your hands. Also, it still is able to fit inside a neoprene case when traveling.

Does not look at all as advertised, makes getting to ANY of the buttons on the top impossible, completely ruined the screen protector I had on there by pulling it up. Didnt come with any instructions. Put the top on first, THEN bottom, otherwise youll peel up your screen protector. Also, I cant get the damn thing off. I put it on, now I cant get it off at all. I do not recommend this whatsoever. Look elsewhere.

For review, read second paragraph. I First bought the Horri rubberized ps vita case. It had flaws, such as covering up the led notification light on the vita. I then purchase a Horri snap on case with kickstand, the kick stand feature was cool. The case did not cover up the led. But its flaws were no protection for the front of the Vita, and it left scratches on the back where it clipped on. The cosmos black aluminum hard case is the near perfect case for the PS Vita. It offers full protection against drops. It doesnt cover up the led notification light. It adds build to the vita making it easier for someone with big hands to hold. It looks stylish. It stays on very well and never comes off unless you force it off. Only minor flaw is that the select and start buttons, along with the power buttons, are hard to press with the case being in the way, but one could still press them.
