> 3 dayI bought this for my bedroom and after seeing how much my allergy symptoms improved I bought a larger unit for my living-dining-kitchen area. I have an open floor plan. I have not had to take any more allergy meds since getting these one month ago.

> 3 dayIt’s easy to pull apart for cleaning. I use a furniture brush attachment and vacuum the outside and inner permanent screen most regularly. It also requires a damp cotton swab cleaning of the dust sensor fairly regularly—but that’s also quick. It was smelling mildewy after about a year, and changing the carbon pre-filter wasn’t helping, so I tried soaking the permanent screen in our big sink with warm water, baking soda and a little dish soap for a few minutes. I didn’t need to scrub or anything—just rinsed and propped it up in a safe spot to dry. It looked so much cleaner—and the thing hasn’t smelled since! I hadn’t realized how dirty it was. I’ll probably need to do that yearly or so I’d guess.

> 3 dayI like the purifier it seems to work well and is easy to set up. Funnily enough, the 3 reasons I got this purifier, (my 3 cats) turn it off or change the settings very often because the buttons are on the top of the unit and easy to press. So of course, they hop on top of the unit and walk all over the buttons, changing the settings, or turning off the unit entirely. Wish there was some sort of child/pet lock to to prevent this. Aside from that very specific issue it’s great!

> 3 dayI have been using it for 2 weeks, Eco mode. Working well, and quiet. The only thing I do not like is the blue light is very bright, and bothers me at night. I covered it to make it less bright.

Greater than one weekthis air purifier is a product with balanced performance. It performs well in air purification and offers convenient features. However, it has limitations in terms of noise levels, filter lifespan and cost, as well as coverage range. If you are seeking a well-rounded air purifier with basic functionality, it may be an option worth considering. Positive aspects: 1. Air purification effectiveness: The Coway Airmega AP-1512HH with its true HEPA filter performs well in filtering out dust, pollen, and other fine particles from the air. It effectively improves indoor air quality, especially for those who are sensitive to allergens. 2. Auto mode and air quality monitoring: The air purifiers auto mode and air quality monitoring feature adjust the fan speed automatically based on the detected indoor air quality. This is convenient for busy individuals as it adjusts automatically as needed. 3. Design and operation: The Airmega AP-1512HH has a sleek and user-friendly design. It features an intuitive control panel and easy-to-replace filters. Additionally, its moderate size allows for placement in various rooms. Negative aspects: 1. Noise levels: While this air purifier operates relatively quietly on low speed, it produces noticeable noise on high speed. This may be bothersome for individuals who require a quiet environment. 2. Filter lifespan and cost: The filters have a relatively short lifespan, and the cost of replacing them is relatively high. This may add some financial burden for long-term usage. 3. Coverage limitations: The air purifiers coverage is suitable for medium-sized rooms, but it may have limitations in large rooms or open spaces regarding air purification effectiveness.

> 3 dayI have been using this air purifier for months. I can see when changing the filter all the contaminants my body does not have to filter out. However, the air quality detector seems a little off

> 3 dayThis is my third air purifier and it is a charm! What is important for me? 1. Purifies air well 2. Noise quality and level 3. Steady built vs flimsy 4. Different speeds 5. Ease of use This machine has all the above. I wanted air purifier as I learned already from my experience with my previous two air purifiers - it really makes a difference for me for a good relaxing night sleep. However, my previous two had couple of issues. My first one was good at the beginning but then instead of soothing woosh it started producing some screechy noise as it was on a flimsy side and very soon the insides started sound worn out. My second one, Rabbit Air, more expensive and solid, I purchased to address the flimsiness of the first one. Well, I did not like it. While not flimsy, with the promised quiet operation, it maybe was not too loud (nor quiet), but the quality of noise reminded of airplane buzz. The looks were quite awful as well. But it does the job. So I kept it but not for sleeping. This Coway is great for sleeping! It is truly quiet on the low settings with barely noticeable hum of pleasant kind. On high settings it does the woosh. Friendly, pleasant woosh. Not like a grass mower or air plane. It was very easy to unpack and get it started. Less than 5 min. It is also very light to carry from room to room if there is a need. It is not flimsy looking and hopefully not flimsy inside. I like the air quality indicator feedback, but it is kind of bright blue, so maybe during night I will have to tape it. This is the only thing, which I see can be improved, but overall it is not a big deal for me. The most important parameters are of excellent quality!

> 3 dayI was wanting a smaller room size cleaner as I have it sitting up near the ceiling in my wood stove room for the wood smoke.. AND, I wanted a remote control due to the height. HOWEVER, Im SO pleased with the auto sensor on the cleaner. When a puff of smoke escapes, the cleaner senses it and I see and hear the motor turn on high for a few minutes. When the air is cleaned, it turns back to low auto. I will buy another for my bedroom as hayfever season is coming and that will be a huge test on how it cleans the air!

> 3 dayI believe this has made a real improvement in my allergy symptoms. The low setting is quiet enough for me to sleep. Have not figured out how to turn off the light, I just cover it up. It is a little larger than it looks in the pictures, but definitely worth losing that space, even in my small bedroom. Wish I had bought one sooner.
