The quality is solid, feels heavy and sturdy. The output is great to charge devices faster. Not the cheap plastic or other car chargers. It’s complete value for money. It could have been cheaper by a dollar or 2, but I would still recommend this at the current price.

It works as expected. Blue led inside lights up when powered on. Made of metal, not plastic. However, I was running a test and ran my power reversed temporarily. Killed the Crave! No longer works. Update: Crave did contact me and offered me a refund. So there is good customer support. Also most of you purchasing this charger should have no problem with this product being used in your vehicle. I use usb power to run several of my projects and had reversed the connections causing the Crave to stop functioning.

I received an empty package. Now I have to take my time to return the empty package.
