> 24 hourThis is definitely a step up from the stock build plate on the CR-10S Pro V2, however, I had constant issues with prints warping. My printer is only a few months old and Ive testing different things. I had installed a Wham Bam and wanted to try this one. I suspect that this plate doesnt distribute the heat effectively - Using a laser thermometer, I tested various areas and the temperature was 5 degrees less than what it normally should be AND fluctuated about 5-7 degrees depending on the area of the bed. I tried different things - temperature offsets, increasing/decreasing the temp, raft sizes, etc.. nothing solved the warping. Ended up returning it.

> 24 hourI bought this to replace the coated bed plate that comes with the Creality Ender 5 S1. Unfortunately I can’t get any prints to stick to it. I’ve tried wiping it down with isopropyl, slowing down the print speed, increasing the bed temp, and a combination of those with no success. I’m using Creality PLA filament, which provided great results previously. No other printer settings were changed. Not sure what it might take to make this work, but for now I’m stuck.

> 24 hourEverything just sticks to this bed (without glue). Very easy to remove once cooled. Highly recommended.

> 24 hourFirst off, I installed it correctly. I made sure my metal plate was clean from oils with 91% iso. alch. -I made sure the magnet was completely flat and gave it plenty of time to cure. a Full 2 days. I placed the steel sheet on the bed and warmed it to 60c for petg. I start printing and withing 10 mins the sheet has warped away from the magnet but also the magnet has warped around the edges and is not sticking to the metal plate at all. I have to clip the sheet and magnet around the edges to get it to work past 60c. It does work wonders when you can get it to not bend. Prints adhear well. Do i need spray adhesive? I was worried the magnetic mat might not stick. It didnt seem very sticky. Have not yet contacted support. debating if this is something i can diy fix/ user error or a real issue with product. Edit- 3/26/23 Nope does not stick, deforms at 60 degrees.

> 24 hourSo my first few prints where perfect. Then I messed up leveling and gouged the build plate. So I bought a new one. Same thing first few prints perfect. So perfect I was like why doesnt this printer just come with this bed. Then while feeling like I made one of my best 3d print purchases nothing would stick. I searched the internet to see what I might be doing wrong. Find a bunch of it doesnt stick reviews, but I could give up. I tried glue, nada, tried cleaning it with alcohol, no dice. So I decided to just try antibacterial hand soap and a fingernail brush, and boy am I glad I did. Its been nonstop printing ever since, knock on wood.

> 24 hourIts official, PEI is the future. This thing is AMAZING! Everything sticks solidly when heated, and slides off effortlessly when cool. The texture it leaves on the bottom of prints is CRAZY smooth- I would compare it to bare hardwood thats been sanded to 2000-4000 grit sandpaper, its immensely satisfying. Ive only a few complaints: First, its a fingerprint magnet. If you have to handle it, I would recommend getting a cheap pair of white velvet gloves or the like to prevent smudges and fingerprints. It doesnt seem to affect adhesion, but I like to keep it clean so it looks nice. Second, getting small parts, like small support towers (>5mm in size) off the build plate is very difficult (IMPORTANT: with PLA its manageable, but IMPOSSIBLE with PETG. I had to buy an extra because a small support tower just will not come off. Print at your own risk). Lastly, its quite easy to scratch, so I wouldnt recommend using tools to remove prints, and always make sure that your Z-offsets are saved, or else youll end up with deep scratches. In summary, just get it. Its absolutely worth it, just make sure to treat it right, and it will serve you better than anything else youve used. Im honestly shocked this isnt standard on printers nowadays, so go ahead and get it!

> 24 hourAfter fighting with the glass bed on my Ender 3 V2, I was looking for a bed that would release prints without having to knock the print off. I found this PEI sheet from Creality. I was amazed how easily prints came off. 5 prints later, the item came loose and the print failed. WTF bed is cleaned after every print with IPA. So I try a reprint with a glue stick, it wouldnt stick. I then tried hair spray, still wouldnt stick. These were not difficult prints, a temp tower and retraction tower. The temp tower made it 20 minutes before it moved off the sheet. The retraction tower made it to the second layer before it grabbed the print and slid off the bed. I tired the back side, just plain sheet metal, still no bueno. Im going to sand this sheet a bit and see if that helps and maybe try a textured PEI sheet but this particular Creality product IMO just plain sucks.

> 24 hourMy printer came with a glass plate and I wish I would have bought this sooner! My first layers always go down perfectly now even on small and intricate parts. Large prints now have zero corner warping. I will be buying this again.
