Creality Upgrade Ender 3 Extruder, Ender 3 V2 Upgrades Metal Extruder Aluminum MK8 Bowden Extruder 40 Teeth Drive Gear for Ender 3 Pro/Ender 5 Pro/Ender 5 Plus/CR-10 Series 3D Printer

Bought the endear 3 v2 and installed during the assembly of the printer. May not need it because the v2 was updated with a copper insert in the injector tip but it’s always better to have metal parts over plastic parts for longevity. Watch YouTube videos; It makes it all so easy! By the way, I’m just a mom who’s son got the ender 3 v2 from grandma and grandpa for Christmas. I found putting it together rather easy and leveling for basic home use is easy.

Has the dark blue Capricorn XS tubing with tight tolerances and high temperature rating. Really good quality pneumatic couplings with metal teeth and a nice snap actuation. The extruder is properly dimensioned so that it doesnt bind when the pivot screw is tightened. The tensioning spring comes with a little sleeve that allows you to adjust the spring tension with a screw. The die springs are a worthwhile upgrade, making bed levelling easier and more stable.

Very nice metal extruded only thing that went wrong for me was I got a small cut on my pinky from the extruder I think it had a small metal shard left over but overall still great quality and easy installation

Excellent replacement for the stock extruder and it seems to be legitimate Capricorn tubing.

I would categorize this as an essential upgrade for the stock Ender 3. I have had no problems printing with flexible TPU filament now. I am very happy with the quality of this product. Tubing is official Capricorn brand and comes with enough length for two printers or to replace when needed.

This small upgrade has improved my print quality on all my rigid filaments. Havent tried any flex yet. Keep you posted.

This Extruder was much more robust than the original plastic extruder. This was a good price for a Creality branded extruder. I am refurbishing an original Ender 3 purchased from Facebook Marketplace.
