This is a cheap piece of junk. Another reviewer mentioned how bad the manual was; hes right, it is worthless. Whoever wrote the English part doesnt know English. If you didnt read the reviews here you would never figure out where the battery goes. The tips of the test leads are too short for a lot of uses. If you dont know what the icons mean on the selector youre out of luck; there are no actual words -- but thats in step with the modern trend towards illiteracy.

I have had a couple of multi-meters over the years and I always skimped on the price since I didnt use them too often. After the cable broke on my latest two units I decided to spend a little more for better quality. I was not disappointed after receiving this multi-meter. in fact after using this meter for the first time, I decided it wasnt worth repairing my other units.

Ive only used this multimeter a couple of times so far and do not have anything to compare it to as it is the first Ive used. That said, the instructions have been easy to follow and Ive had no trouble using it thus far. Great product for the price.

Ive never used a multimeter before. I just started getting into electronics and picked this one up for the auto-range feature. Instructions are clear and concise. Readings seem accurate as far as I could tell. The gator clips are really handy.
