Great product! I just plug in this little USB and my computer does not go to sleep. It is great!! Finally I can walk away from my work computer or mac and not need to constantly sign on or wake it up. :D

Does exactly what it says it will do out of the box!!!

How did I live without this?? I work from home, and we have the dreaded Lync tattle-tale which goes to away after 15 minutes. And while Im almost NEVER away from my computer for more then 15 minutes, on those VERY RARE occasions that I am, this thing is priceless.

Does exactly what I need it to do. I have a machine in a physically secure location that is used as a status monitor, but has the default configuration for a stupidly fast timeout. Sure, I could bypass security and reset the timeout in the OS, but on enterprise systems, thats a registry change, and then if I move it from the secure location, I have to remember to change it back. As a one-off system, this is easier to both add and remove, plus it provides a physical reminder that the security has been defanged.

The MacOS set-up app opens then immediately crashes every time.

What a scam! I plugged it into my work PC... the lights blinked for a bit. But the PC went to sleep still. Tried again and again and again. Tried on a older windows laptop and it didn’t work there too. Bad product: scam.

These work exactly like they are supposed to. They arrived quickly. It is so nice to not have the computer continually going to sleep. At the office where I work, I cannot the time that it takes to log out and had to jiggling the mouse. I bought one for a friend too and highly recommend it.
