If you bought a gaming laptop from a retailer for a great price, chances are you need more ram. Crucial has a great customer support team and fantastic products. This was easy to install and definitely made my everyday pc use much faster.

This RAM works great and is a great price.

I got an 8GB module installed on a 3 year old ASUS Vivobook X541UV (2018). The Laptop already had 4GB 2133 MHz soldered onboard. I got this 2666mhz module and it worked fine since it downclocked to 2133mhz. Now my system works smoothly with a total of 12GB RAM.

Crucial site has good tools to ensure that you are getting the right product. Reliable and good value.

Not sure if it was just a fluke or if this seller tries to resell bad RAM but after installing this my comp would freeze every couple days to where I would have to hard reset. Not technically advanced enough to run the RAM diagnostic so not sure if 1 or both were faulty but I returned and now have placed an order through Crucial instead of this 3rd party seller. Also, its about $6 cheaper thru crucial right now.
