Hardware is Hard
> 3 dayThe manufacturer did not tell you the truth. The part number they listed on the website were all the same, but the products were different. One 8G module bought in 2021 with the same part number had 1Rx8 configuration. The one bought in this June with the same part number and the same price had a configuration of 1Rx16, which performed worse and should cost less for manufacturing. The manufacturer should tell the truth and use different part numbers to show the difference. But they did hide that.

> 3 dayRecently ordered to upgrade my laptop, worked out fine. Installation was simple after following a YouTube tutorial for it for my specific laptop brand. It runs much faster now than it did with 8 GB, I was worried Id have to upgrade the SSD storage too but the RAM alone really made a difference. I recommend it.

> 3 dayIn a world of chip shortages, major shoutout to Crucial for keeping good laptop RAM available and reliable. If you’re upgrading most OEM laptops, this should be your one stop shop. My Dell Inspiron 15 5515 took it and immediately ran it at 3200 with 0 complaints, benchmarks peg this RAM as performing slightly better than the stock stuff, and at the time of writing the price for two sticks here is less than the price of one stick of the same thing on Dell’s website.
