Cruise 3.0 Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Platinum, Checked-Large 28 Inch

Loved when I first got it. Nice looking and very functional. Handle was broken off on the third flight I took! I was shocked as the bag seemed well made. Airline was no help as I did not report at the baggage claim. Bolts are rattling around in lining.have emailed customer service with no response. Supposedly still under warranty as I’ve only had it 4 months. Delsey please help.

The quality of this suitcase is great. It is lightweight and very sturdy, the sturdiest out of all I own. I also like the scratch-proof surface. The suitcase has a USB outlet, which only works if you bring your own power bank (not included). It rolls around well and is pretty durable- my kids made sure to test it out with their wild games. Overall, so far so good.

Purchased a 3 piece set of this luggage and on the first use, I discovered the TSA lock does not remain locked on the 24” case. When I contacted Delsey about this OBVIOUS defective product, they told me that 1.) I had to pay to ship it to one of their authorized repair shops, which I found would run between $30-$50. Then, I have to pay the repair shop an additional $15 “processing fee” to have them look at it to determine if they will covered it under the warranty. What kind of crap is that?!?!? Your product, is found defective on the first use and the customer has to shell out 25% of the purchase price for the luggage just to see if you’ll cover it under warranty?!?!?

This is a cheaply made suitcase, not like my previous Delsey. Don’t buy it!!! Wheel broke off before I even got to my first hotel!!! Only used it on floor and paved surface. Piece of crap!

Easily dented , marks don’t go away.

I look for wheels that roll and work. They are durable. Have owned this luggage for years. My first one lasted 29 years at least

These bags bags roll like a dream! We packed the biggest bag over 50 pounds by mistake and it was still very easy to roll even on carpet. Very well designed luggage. We bought hard shell for when we have to check bags. Polycarbonate will take on the worst baggage handlers can offer. The locks are easy to set.

Loved it until the handle broke after two trips with proper use. Ugh!

I have an older model of Delsey that is about 11 years old and still in great condition. I have bought this set for my Europe trip this summer 23, can’t wait to put them to the test and hopeful they past the long commute and last long. I will return in the Fall for update review.
