Cruise 3.0 Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Platinum, Checked-Large 28 Inch

Lock and weight guide broke after 1 trip. The locking mechanism broke at the screw points ...so not repairable and the handle to test the weight was pinned to overweight with nothing in it.

Loved when I first got it. Nice looking and very functional. Handle was broken off on the third flight I took! I was shocked as the bag seemed well made. Airline was no help as I did not report at the baggage claim. Bolts are rattling around in lining.have emailed customer service with no response. Supposedly still under warranty as I’ve only had it 4 months. Delsey please help.

Easily dented , marks don’t go away.

I have an older model of Delsey that is about 11 years old and still in great condition. I have bought this set for my Europe trip this summer 23, can’t wait to put them to the test and hopeful they past the long commute and last long. I will return in the Fall for update review.

I really like this luggage. It definitely feels and looks fancier than my cheaper luggage. The wheels roll really nicely, the zippers operate well, everything seems well thought out.

SUITCASE, IN THE MEDIUM SIDE, DOES NOT:

I bough the discount option where say in the description “ solidly scratch and reboxed” . Well STA lock is missing and the very soft shell is bended everywhere. As one of the review said: you can buy for less money a much better quality without the brand name . Shame of Delsey even making such a cheap luggage. Not worth it $144.
