Purchased the 4 pack based on some reviews that maybe they would not work out of the box, or last only a short time. Still on Bulb #1 after two months. The turtles love to relax under the bulb, so it is doing what I paid for.

I bought bulbs like these before from Amazon and they were awesome. This time around one didnt work out of the box and the others burned out in just a month or so.

I have been using this bulb for about 6 months now and I am still on the first bulb! I keep my light on for 4-8 hours a day and it is still going strong. I highly recommend this product especially for this price.

Used for a 40 gallon tank with upper basking area. Used for a single RES who loves the light and warmth. Each bulb lasts about 9 months of continous use before burning out.

They metal connecting threads rusted out on the other bulbs before I was able to use them. Other brand bulbs stored in the same area have no rusting.
