We purchased this for my mother-in-law who absolutely loved it. I still havent seen it in person, but she called as soon as it arrived. She was tickled pink! I bought 3 for my nieces and nephews for Easter. I usually buy whatever is new at Hallmark (like this years Tweety Bird) but have found that most of what I buy locally is duplicated. This year I looked on the Internet and found this singing Gondolier dog by searching for musical Italian plush. I have to see, this is the BEST gift I have ever found. The kids loved it and the parents couldnt stop laughing. The mouth movement is synchronized to the song. I loved it so much I am buying 3 more to keep on hand as gifts for down the road. I HIGHLY recommend this cute little singing dog!!!!!

A very special gift to remember trip to Italy. It was so well received by the large group of traveling friends that we bought two more, and may have to get more. Very cute, amazing clear singing and animated action too. So far it has enchanted many adults, not tested yet by a kid.

This was purchased mainly for the song that he sings. O Solo Mio has soothed our grandson since he was 6 wks. old and when I heard about this animated dog that sings it, well, I had to get it for him. Our grandson is now 1 yr. old and it still stops him in his tracks where ever he is. He calms down, sings along with the toy, and sways back and forth to the music while singing ( in his own way). We named the dog Sal who has now become a permanent fixture in our house. Our grandson will look for him when he gets to our home. As soon as he finds him, he will call out O Sal. We press the button on the foot and the dog starts singing and our grandson starts dancing. It is so cute to watch and it has never gotten old for him. He loves it today just as much as when he first got it months ago. Thanks for such a wonderful toy.
