> 3 dayLemme start by saying that I originally purchased a Lenovo gaming pc under the impression that it was powerful enough to handle virtual reality first person shooter games like VaM/VaMx. Needless to say, I returned it right away and started looking for something that could. Iloved the different options that I found through CyberPowerPC. Just about anything to fit anyones budget. Anywyas, pleased with my purchase! Thanks for coming through CP!

> 3 dayThis is our third Cyberpower PC and every one has exceeded our expectations. This is by far the best... Super quiet, amazingly fast and aesthetically beautiful, my boys love the color options for the led. All of their PCs ship super fast and in great packaging, weve never had an issue with anything not working upon arrival

> 3 daySolid build for the price. Bought the RTX 3060 12gb model with the 11th gen i5 and 16gb ram. Id suggest anyone buying this model to invest in a different cooler. Was running temps upward 60-70 degrees celcius idle. Not good numbers, especially if youre planning to play games. Swapped the stock cooler with a corsair liquid cooling unit and now Im hitting 29-32 degrees. Other than that, everything has been super smooth. I swapped out the ram for 32gb. About to swap out the solid state with a Samsung, but the one installed gets read speeds of about 2400mb. Great starter gaming rig for the price with room to upgrade. The Gigabyte motherboard installed isnt top of the line, but its got enough slots for expansion and can support up to 128gb of ram if you wanna run that much. Ive read some reviews that claim they received their PCs without the graphics card or its been damaged. I work for Best Buy and Cyberpower is one of our vendors. We havent had too many complaints/reasons for returns for their prebuilts other than buyers remorse or people swapping cards out and returning the PC. My guess is that most of that damage/missing graphics cards are from people working in the delivery industry not properly handling the PCs in transit or some bad apples robbing you blind. I wouldnt blame Cyberpower. They make decently solid prebuilts and if you have the little knowledge you need to do the upgrades/swap out parts, its a good price to get you started if you dont want to start from scratch. Best for incremental upgrading.

> 3 dayComputer is well constructed, good cable management, and appears to be easily upgradable. The RGB lights are sleek (I think red is the best color). Can handle every game Ive thrown at it but the CPU fan can be noisy and ramps up under moderate pressure. You can edit this under BIOS or get a dedicated program, but personally I think CPU cooling will be the first thing I upgrade. 1TB storage and 16GB of RAM is good for the discounted price I paid ($1,150) but I would also consider upgrading to 2TB and 32GB, which should be easy with the two open ram stick slots. Definitely a much better pre-built than the HP I had before this. The included mouse is nice. The included keyboard is okay - the space bar is a little sticky and it only has white lights so wont match the towers RGB unless you want that to be white too.

> 3 dayThis Pc was straight up trash. I can tell it was made from cheap parts. After a week of playing Warzone on this brand new PC, it started shutting off on its own during the game. I would restart the pc and resume gaming but it would happen over and over again.

Greater than one weekThis computer is a powerhouse for gaming/editing/browsing the internet. The 3060 handles most games on high settings and the fans handle the heat perfectly. Couldnt recommend another pre-built!
