Came nicely packaged. Upon unboxiing, it appears well built. Easy to set up. Ive only had it about a week, but so far, its been flawless.

So I needed a replacement after my SkyTech PC from 2018 crapped out and heard good things of CyberPower, figured to try them out. The purchase was a bit expensive BUT I am impressed how sturdy this desktop is; frame is metal, tempered glass for viewing panels, not the cheap clear plastic of my old SkyTech desktop. Havent had issues getting games up and running, even some Windows 98 games through GoG like Jazz Jackrabbit 2 gave last PC a hard time but this plays it easily in fullscreen! Scorn works great as well, getting Cyberpunk 2077 installed RN. Windows 11 is kinda a pain to learn what Microsoft is doing different/what programs arent included but thats more a MS issue and really, doesnt have to do with Cyberpower. Overall, really happy with this purchase.

This computer is great! It has no problem running every game Ive tried at max setting at more than 200 FPS. It also arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I had a minor problem when the computer first arrived but a quick bios reset fixed it.

My son loves it! It was way more $$$ than I wanted to spend, but my son loves it and it runs all the games at the highest graphics settings with no lag at all. He is very happy, so I am happy :) It runs Microsoft Flight Simulator flawlessly at the highest graphics settings, it is very fast, no lag at all. Should be good for a while.

If you got this from Amazon for $1200 when it was available, you got an amazing deal. Everything was included, no missing parts. It worked perfectly out of the box and played most the games I owned at High settings (med-high for the newest games). I highly recommend this PC from Amazon and not a third party, as it seems some are missing parts. Definitely worth the price! Mine included a EVGA Geforce RTX XC 3060.

This was my first gaming pc and without a doubt and can say that it not a bad deal at all, as a startup gamer this pc was easy to understand and to play with, really good graphics cards and overall really nice pc.

I have had several computers over the years and this one has more bugs than any of the others combined. It will flash low memory, glitch the windows cursor into games and not allow you to use game cursors, programs stop running at random all the time, takes forever to load and upload files onto externals, I could go on...
