So thankful that a friend recommended this product for our coastal home. It effectively removes excess moisture from the air, so your home never smells musty. This product absorbs a shocking amount of moisture, so be prepared to replace these every couple of months.

I live in a very humid climate and these are great for my closets. They absorb the moisture so well and eliminate any damp smells and keep my clothes fresh. I like the fragrance free version because the other have smells that are way too strong.

Read that Isla Mujeres was very humid causing bathrooms to stay damp all day. Grabbed this, placed 2 bags in the bathroom and it sucked up a ton of moisture after showers and was a perfect use case. I will say it got me in the physical baggage check line at the airport lol. Would 100% buy again but not sure I would travel with it in my carry on. For women that do not want their hair in humidity can really see this offering value.

We had issues with mold in our front loading washing machine. For a DIY fix I hang the DampRid bags to the bag of the machine when not in use, using magnets. The mildew smell has disappeared and no new mold is forming. I am not thrilled about the plastic and chemical component, but its the first thing that has worked.
