> 24 hourAlthough we live in a dry climate (New Mexico), RVs can still harbor humidity. This product is a quick and incredibly easy method for taking some of that humidity out of the air. It doesnt do things like keeping your windows from fogging (when conditions are just right, this can be an RV issue)...but its good for slowly, steadily pulling out humidity. I like this product in particular because its pretty small, and space is at a premium in RVs. To use, you basically just open it and set it somewhere! Look at it occasionally...its VERY easy to see when its used up. Then you toss it. So simple, even I could do it!! We certainly recommend this product! Always nice when something does what its supposed to with no complexity involved.

> 24 hourReally moist here in the Pacific NW and these work great in rooms that are damp. I use the hangers in closets and these on shelves keeping away from my cats just in case.

> 24 hourI like to keep one in my closet to ensure that the moisture in the deep south doesnt seep into my clothing. DampRid is easy to use and seems to work really well. The scent is fresh and not overwhelming. I have to keep the tub on a shelf or else my puppers would definitely find a way to knock them over and drink the liquid, which would be disastrous. I also keep one in the powder room in my basement to keep it smelling fresh. Each tub lasts a good 2-3 months before needing to be replace. I took off one star because they are expensive.

> 24 hourI used this product as instructed. Put out several containers in bathrooms and in a basement closet with salt granules. After a few weeks, the salt granules compacted into a giant clump, but there was no water in the cup to empty or anything like that. It looks like the idea is all well and good, but the actual drying ability of these products is close to zero. Total waste of time and money.

> 24 hourI have been using damp rid products in my basement for a couple years now and its been life changing. Our house is nearly 100 years old and the basement gets wet. Its just part of having a house this old. However, ever since I started using damp rid products, the moisture gets sucked up out of the air so fast. I am always a bit shocked how well it works. Im a huge fan and certainly evangelical about it.
