Very good looking belt just like the drive belt I got. But this deck belt is too short for my cub 46 . I put it on threw it off twice. Measuring my old one its shorter. Im going to re- order

I replaced my drive belt with this one on a 2005 Cub Cadet LT1050. The fit was perfect. Only problem I had was getting the PTO Clutch off. It had rusted solid. But after watching numerous videos on what to do in this situation, I soaked it for a good 2 days with WD-40 and after a couple hits with a hammer and crowbar, it was loose enough for me to wiggle and giggle it til it came off. Cleaned it up, pulled the old worn out belt that was ready to break, put the new one on, snapped it all back together and it’s working Great... I recommend it for anyone who has the patience and know how to go ahead and do this. It saved me some Big Bucks

Mower belts can be pretty expensive, but this one is great. The rating for easy to install depends on your mower, but mine went on without much hassle. My old belt had been on since the mower was new, and I hope this one lasts as long. So far, so good.

Belt fit perfectly and replaced a badly cracked belt. I would definitely recommend.

Did a lot of research for a new belt for my 2007 LT1045 and liked the reviews of this one but was worried about the work required to change it. After the deck was removed I lifted the mower from onto cinder blocks to get underneath it. Next I took the shield of the top of the engine to expose the fly wheel and stuck a large flathead into the teeth and used the solenoid as a brace. With the output shaft now held in place I used a breaker bar to remove the electronic clutch. Installing the new belt was super easy. First feed it back all the way back around the transmission then slide the engine pulley down and put the belt on it. (Second picture) NO NEED TO REMOVE THE ENGINE. If it’s stuck use some pb blaster on it. After the engine pulley is back on all that is left is the three pulleys in the middle( First picture). Put it on the one with the spring and tensioner first then over the last one. And reattach the deck clutch using the flathead again to stop the output shaft from turning. And that is it. Took me about 35 min to change it out.

This belt is not the same size as OEM and had to be replaced to get the mower to move at more than a crawl. This is a very labor intensive project and I landed paying a shop to figure out what happen and install the OEM belt.
