> 3 daySeems a much better quality belt than the manufacturer installed. The tractor design is not the best but replacing the original with this belt was not the drama that several YouTube videos would lead you to believe - a bit tedious but not difficult. Tractor performs like new. We will see how long the belt lasts.

Shredded within 30 mins of mowing. Put old belt back on and confirmed no problems with spindles or idler pulleys. Could smell it getting hot. Says it’s a direct replacement for 429636 which is a 101.5” belt but this one is slightly smaller. I wasn’t concerned because my previous belt I picked up at tractor supply was the same length 101” but this one overheated and delaminated within 30 mins.
Greater than one weekProduct self destructed with hardly any run time. I want my money back and will from now on buy my belts locally.

> 3 dayWhat I like most about this belt is how it fit my tractor. The 2 belts I ordered before this 1 said they were for my model but they weren’t. I’ve only mowed for a cpl hrs w/ this belt so idk about durability, but it fits, it works & that’s good enough for me. (:

> 3 dayDefective garbage! Bought two of these belts and none of them lasted longer than a month. Eventually, I had to buy a blue Huskee mower belt from TSC and its worked out perfectly! Steer clear of these overpriced junk and just buy a blue Huskee mower belt instead and save yourself some headaches and cash in the process.

> 3 dayI bought a few replacements belts in the past and they never lasted more than a few times mowing. I was all but ready to buy a craftsman original until I read the post that a fellow used it on a craftsman DYS 4500 and had great luck. I have the same mower DYS 4500 so I thought I give it a try. The belt is slightly longer than the original, but it’s slightly thicker so it takes up the slack. I mowed about 15 times just under a acre of lawn. Shows no signs of wear. Just ordered a spare one. I was going to order two but thought this one is working so well why do I need two spares. Special thanks to the poster with the DYS 4500.
