Dell 130W Watt PA-4E AC DC 19.5V Power Adapter Battery Charger Brick with Cord

Ordered (2) of these units for the same price as (1) unit from Mr. Dells website. Im always weary of power supplies, batteries, and other perishible electronics so I thought that it one did not work I would still have the other-- both work correctly under load. I tested each unit with my multimeter prior to hooking it up to my Dell XPS laptop and everything is within spec. I am now the happy owner of 2 of these, one I leave plugged in, the other stays in my briefcase.

After several months without my favorite laptop, its finally up and running again! Fully charged the battery from 4% charge to 100% in under two hours with laptop off, and in under 15 minutes running. Gets a little warmer than normal body temperature, but no more. This is the alternative replacement for the under-powered OEM original sold with the laptop that NEVER worked right and always generated error messages, while at the same time scorching or melting anything that it touched.

My travels beat up on charger cables like this one, this is my third one in two and a half years. Will try to be nicer to this one.

Just as good as the original Dell power supply that failed after +10 years. It gets warm, but so did the original unit so thats normal. As you may know, Dell Direct charge very high prices so buy this unit on Amazon for the best deal.

This adapter was perfect! After purchasing a display computer, I had to get my own charger. I search and search in-store for a charger. I’m truly satisfied with this purchase.

I bought this to replace the charger for a Dell Inspiron 17R SE 7720. I plugged it in and the Laptop started up and operated seamlessly ... no on screen errors, no hiccups. The battery also charged up just as with the original charger. So far so good ... and a much better price than Dell offered for the replacement. It actually arrived one day earlier than forecasted. If all continues to go well, I will be very happy with this purchase!

After reading the reviews, it was either this or 115$ off of the dell website. So i went with this. I was surprised after reading all the reviews, because the one i got from dell was about equal or worse quality. my original charger led came out after about 3 months and after about 8 months the cord is faulty and hardly works. As for this cord it looks to be the same quality so i dont know how long it will last but for 30 bucks I give it a pass as it works and everything. I will update my review as time goes by but for now, excellent replacement, no problems works as promised.

This fit my laptop perfectly, and it charges wonderfully!
