Greater than one weekGoing from a 55 inch tv, casual gamer, to a little bit more serious of a gamer, this monitor as exceeded my expectations. The quality is good in my opinion, but im no professional gamer. Going from a 55 inch TV to this, has by itself made me perform better in competitive gamemodes. So take this as you will. I have had it for almost a year and to this point nothing has gone out or broken on it. Works as intended. And seems to me to be above average.

Greater than one weekMy monitor had all sorts of issues where the image would glitch out really bad at 120 and 144hz. This happened when I was using the HDMI cable that the monitor came with. I thought Id read somewhere that it was compatible, but maybe that just wasnt true. BUY A DISPLAYPORT CABLE. Completely fixed my issue, 100%. Joystick button on the back seems like an unnecessary and likely point of failure. Image quality is 4/5. If youre wondering if theres a difference between your 60hz monitor and this 144hz one, it depends: If you are going to play games on it and regularly get over 100fps: oh my god yes. If you dont get over 100 fps, or you arent looking to game on this: stick to 60hz and save your money because all of the impact you see will just be placebo.

Greater than one weekBought this monitor for my husband because of the good reviews but his experience with it was very bad. Heres his review Issues: 1. All the built in presets look washed out. Seriously? This was Dells chance to impress but all settings are horrible. Did some googling and cant find a good custom setting that suits my taste. With all the great reviews saying the picture quality is great... Im left to wonder HOW?? Maybe I got a dud. 2. Pixelating display for some games. There is visible pixelation when you focus on certain objects on the screen, the pixelation goes away once you stop moving. I dont know if this is another form of ghosting, I didnt feel like I wanted to waste my time finding a solution for it. None of these issues appeared in older less expensive monitor that Ive used 3. I know its a TN panel but even the slightest vertical head movement would result in contrast change, pair that with the washed color... its really not acceptable for the price you are paying Returned. Sad, I wanted to like it and Ive been using Dell products for a long time and this one was a big disappointment. Bought an ASUS VG259Q... the difference was night and day for an extra 50$. None of the problems above, not all presets was to my liking but none of them appeared washed. Glad I returned this Dell and went with the other brand.

> 3 dayFirst monitor was bad, replacement is fine. Both units I received make electronic noise while turned on so they used some Very cheap internal parts in this unit. Picture is better on colors than other TN monitors I have used in the past. One thing that stands out about this monitor is the all black design is much better than 99% of other ugly designs of monitors, this look is much appreciated. At $170 being cheaper than most of its competitors it was a fair purchase. However if you can find a better price and you like the specs/design I would say go for that instead nothing too special about this monitor. One major reason I bought this monitor is for a TN panel because 144hz with less motion blur and faster response than other panel types. Also its appreciated that this monitor uses a flat panel and Not curved. Important thing to note is Dell is a jerk and does NOT include a DisplayPort cable, So if you want 144hz and Free/Gsync youll need to spend an extra $10 making real Total price about $195. About 4 years ago I had 144hz monitor for $150 that came with DisplayPort cable, so as with most things price is inflated during Covid times. If your tight on a budget MonoPrice.com I see has an openbox 144hz monitor for $130 and regular price $150 for that monitor. I hope my review was helpful!

> 3 dayGot this for my setup as I was running dual 22 inch 1080p 60hz and upgraded my GPU and needed a monitor that would work great for the card. (a RTX 3060TI) Have had zero issues. Comes with a nice stand to mount it too as well. I did not use the stand as the monitor is vesa mountable which I prefer in a monitor. To me the price is a bit much when its not on sale. I did get this on black Friday on sale and i wish i had gotten another for my other gaming computer.

11-06-2025It only lasted a year and when I contacted Dell I sent them a picture of what was happening with it and they said it was physically damaged which wasnt true one night it was fine turned it on next night it wasnt no one else was around it I assume this is a tactic they use to keep from standing behind the product

> 3 dayI know many of us are still attempting to get the PS5. If and when you get your hands on one, this monitor works perfect for any gamers setup while being budget friendly! Easy setup, took about 2 minutes to put together. Works very well for my PS5 and laptop. If the game can run at 120hz, it will. Defintely recommend!

> 3 dayThis monitor overall is amazing. My monitor did not show up with any issues, no dead pixels and was not dead on arrival. The monitor makes all games very smooth and the picture quality is amazing. If you are considering buying the monitor I would buy it. Pros: Good picture quality 144HZ Height Adjustable and forward and back tilt Great price for the performance Comes with needed cable to run 144hz Multiple ports Cons: Only the base of the monitor stand is metal, though still sturdy May need to adjust the colors No pivot, though you cant get everything for the price Overall 10/10

> 3 dayThis is my fault, the product was great but the driver issues I had were insane. Once I plugged in the monitor, the monitor had tearing issues and also disconnected my other monitor. Also, the monitor would only go up to 63 fps before installing drivers. After installing new drivers and restarting my computer, the problems were fixed.
