> 24 hourBuy a Dell adapter not a clone. The adapter in the picuture was sold to me along with a Dell Lattitude 6530 and had a new battery installed in it. The power in it finally ran out as the adapter would not recharge the battery. I thought there was something wrong with the computer. Found out it was the adapter. The specs on the bad adapter were 90W and 4.62 amps. While it will power your computer, it will not charge the battery. Also, the battery will deteriorate rapidly if it is not recharged and left to run down; I bought a new battery and this new charger and hope to have a long lasting union. It is a slick device ergonomically and has a neat LED ribbon light at the end to indicate the power on status. 4 stars for durability as it was only just purchased.

I decided to try a new factory cord because the one that came with my dell laptop was not a dell cord. Its been working great! I hated to spend so much on a cord but I guess you get what you pay for!

> 24 hourI bought one a year ago for my laptop. I worked fine for about a year and quit working. I work with electronics and one going bad isnt really a cause for concern cause any piece of electronics can have an early death. With this in mind I ordered another one. This time it lasted 32 days. The laptop is now working perfectly fine with a generic one i bought at a flea market. The flea market one works great. (I wonder if these arent factory seconds or something like that)
