Dell Alienware 17 Vindicator 2.0 Backpack, Black (AWV17BP-2.0)

This is a large, hardshell backpack with three compartments, one of which is specifically designed to house a laptop. The pouch designed to hold a laptop also has a small, microfiber-lined pocket for standard-sized tablets. While this isnt the most spacious backpack out there, it is great for storing your electronics and gaming setup for transport. For me, it fits two laptops, a rolled up zowie gsr mousepad, a mouse, two laptop chargers (including one that is very large), a gaming controller, and several smaller accessories and cords. I could fit some other small objects but do not have much more room as it is.

Firs my alienware 17 r5 well. Not the best quality compare to other backpacks Ive bought for the same price. But its nice for and fits my laptop.

More room for laptop and cool pad in back, add more pockets

Excellent protection of my Alienware m15 and all accessories. A little big but I would expect nothing less. Extremely sturdy with many compartments.

I had another of this same bag that I purchased from Best Buy in 2018. It lasted 4 years before I started having problems with one zipper coming off the track and tearing the fabric which forced me to get another one. The difference in quality between the one I had previously from Best Buy and the one I just purchased this year in May 2022 from Amazon as a replacement is quite disappointing to say the least. After only having used it for about five months before the first zipper head came off with minimal effort while zipping the outermost pocket closed, the second one on the same pocket came off a week later. I contacted customer support and they agreed to let me send it back and get a replacement. I initially agreed to send it back and get another one, however, I found that the 17 bag is no longer available. So, I contacted customer support again and explained the situation. This time they agreed to give me a $10.00 store credit and to keep the bag, or to send it back for a full refund, but I need a bag in the meantime. So, I decided to keep the bag with the zipper heads missing and tied string to the ends of them so it can still be somewhat functional. However, now a third entire zipper from an interior pocket just came completely off the zipper track and I cannot get it back on. My options now are to keep the bag and use the $10 credit to order some type of zipper repair kit and fix it myself or send it back for a full refund and order a different more expensive bag that is available and can accommodate a 17 laptop. This is some of the worst quality I have ever experienced with Alienware products.

The bag is good, but chemical smell is heavy and make me headache

This bag is awesome. Fits the laptop perfect and would recommend it to anybody with Alienware. I have a 17 and it fits with room to spare.

Somehow, this bag manages to be both rugged and sleek. Weight distribution is spot on, and somehow, it manages to make my heavy AW 17 R4 weigh like a regular 15-inch laptop, and thats saying something. Its a bit pricey, sure - but worth every penny.

Well built backpack - the quality is clear. It is obvious that a lot of attention was paid to detail with this product. The only downside ia the weight. Thw backpack alone feels like 10 pounds. Add a laptop to it, especially an R4 17, and it feels like 35lbs.
