Dell Alienware 17 Vindicator 2.0 Backpack, Black (AWV17BP-2.0)

This is absolutely the only back pack we found after several orders and returns; that fits the Alienware laptop 17.3 screen size. My son loves it, it fits the laptop and so much more. He says it is heavy but the laptop itself is very heavy. Durability he has only had this for a month and has not started college classes yet, so we dont actually know about that yet. He loves it there for I love it!

I just bought the Vindicator 2.0 Backpack for my Alienware Area 51M and I have to say Im impressed, the quality is amazing, the style is so cool! The Area 51M is a tank and Im glad fits just fine! (Bought the 17)

Well built, high quality, stealthy, plenty of pockets. A must have for 17” laptops of any brand I’m in love with this bag.

I had another of this same bag that I purchased from Best Buy in 2018. It lasted 4 years before I started having problems with one zipper coming off the track and tearing the fabric which forced me to get another one. The difference in quality between the one I had previously from Best Buy and the one I just purchased this year in May 2022 from Amazon as a replacement is quite disappointing to say the least. After only having used it for about five months before the first zipper head came off with minimal effort while zipping the outermost pocket closed, the second one on the same pocket came off a week later. I contacted customer support and they agreed to let me send it back and get a replacement. I initially agreed to send it back and get another one, however, I found that the 17 bag is no longer available. So, I contacted customer support again and explained the situation. This time they agreed to give me a $10.00 store credit and to keep the bag, or to send it back for a full refund, but I need a bag in the meantime. So, I decided to keep the bag with the zipper heads missing and tied string to the ends of them so it can still be somewhat functional. However, now a third entire zipper from an interior pocket just came completely off the zipper track and I cannot get it back on. My options now are to keep the bag and use the $10 credit to order some type of zipper repair kit and fix it myself or send it back for a full refund and order a different more expensive bag that is available and can accommodate a 17 laptop. This is some of the worst quality I have ever experienced with Alienware products.

I have a really comfortable 15 laptop backpack. When I bought the AW 17R, I was dismayed when it did not fit in the previous backpack. I have used the new AW backpack for about a month and traveled with it. The laptop and hefty power cord fit easily in this backpack. A warning - it does not fit under a seat in an airplane easily. The bag is slightly longer than the under-the -seat storage area. The bag has a couple of side zipper compartments good for business cards and USB drives. It came with a small mesh bag good for earbuds and other small peripherals. The chest strap is really good for long hikes through airports or if you have to run to a terminal.

Love the back pack although my alienware 17 r5 barely fits in it other than that its great.

The item is perfect for fitting everything you need to use for a laptop. The bag itself come with dedicated spaces for dedicated gear such as headphones, recording softwares etc would recommend

This backpack so far is great feeling. Seems like itll hold up, no issues with construction. A bit heavy but I like the padding since its to protect my laptop. It is a little narrow on the neck so if you have suuuper wide neck you might look for a different bag. This bag will be good for traveling and for taking to LAN parties. Not as in-your-face as it looks in pics, looks just like a normal school backpack if youre not familiar with Alienware. My issue with it.. is that the front (which is really nice thick rubbery weaved material) came all dented and beat up. Its a shame because it looks so cool to me and theres these dents and crevices in it that ruin the smooth look... Debating returning or switching for another, but maybe Ill just deal with it. Kinda bummed, because everything else is awesome. No stitching faults or anything. Those dents would not be easy to make, the material is thick, so it must have been crushed by something heavy.

The quality and appearance is very good. Only which is annoying a little that the backpack have very big size even for bulky laptops I think that it could have a bit little size.

A laptop fell off a motorcycle and was saved because of this backpack... What more could you want? 10/10
