I liked everything.

Quick to startup and use. Had all the features advertised. Very reasonable price.

I order this Dell laptop at a very good price. No wonder. It stopped working the second day I used it. The screen stayed black no matter what I tried. I returned it no problem, but they charged me a huge restocking fee. I protested and they said the computer was working fine. Well, it didnt work for me, and I would stay far away from this supplier. It was a total waste of my time and money.

It was for my son.He absolutely loves it.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS LAPTOP! save yourself money and grief!, after having it for five months the computer came apart by just opening it, the screen separated from the key board and broke, I am now using it with binder clips an electrical tape to keep it together, I have to keep it opened at all times a piece of junk!

product arrive one day early as schedule which is very nice, it was schedule12/24, it arrive 1day early it is in a good condition and my husband like it very, but it was window 11, I was disappointed because not ready to switch yet and its fast enough for his everyday online surfing. Not a touch screen.

I should have been notified about a different laptop BEFORE it was sent. I was sent a comparable laptop but what I didnt realize, and it is totally on me, it had only a 128 GB hard drive. I am 76, my older laptops have 500 GB hard drives so, again it totally on me but I never expected such a wimpy hard drive would even be offered. I am totally sad. I have spent a lot of money to get stuff transferred from my old laptop to the new one, not enough hard drive space so all was put on and then taken off. I dont know what I will end up with, but just a total disaster. I will not order a laptop online again.

I got this discounted, so maybe shouldnt be critical, but it is slow, and the other day the battery went down. I plugged back in and it wouldnt come on for a long time. Not sure the issue, but then it finally came back on. It took many attempts to get the power back on.

Would recommend. All you need as biz computer if you dont need fancy streaming or such.
