It does everything I need it to do... It still lags

Quick to startup and use. Had all the features advertised. Very reasonable price.

We were looking to get a second laptop as the pandemic had pushed both my partner and I to be working from home. We werent looking for anything fancy, but we needed more oomph than a Chromebook. This Dell fit the bill. Its not going to wow you, but its got enough power to support web browsing, doc and presentation creation, and graphic design programs all at once. It moves along at a nice clip, as well. Its not incredibly heavy, but its certainly not designed as a lightweight solution. My one real complaint is that the mouse touchpad is awkwardly positioned and configured, which can slow me down while Im trying to switch between applications. All in all, Id recommend it as a basic and affordable option, but dont expect it to turn heads.

Does everything I need it to. Wish it had backlit keyboard.

Just got the laptop a month ago. I really love it. Very convenient to use. We even installed Wi-Fi and A Virtual Private Network with it. Now, I dont have to worry about using too much data on my smartphone or waiting to use my desktop PC when I get back home to New York.

This laptop was … fine … until it wasn’t. First one key started to fail. Then another. The track pad got sketchier and sketchier. Then the hinge broke and bound up and started to take the bezel with it. Stuff like this happens … but I only had this thing for 8 or 9 months. Never took it anywhere. This things a piece of crap but will do in a pinch.

No touch screen, that’s ok, you will have warning come up after starting due to the power charger pack. It needs a larger power pack charger. The one I have is to weak.

This laptop is slower then my old laptop I was replacing that’s 5 years old so I expected much more… I expected it would be able to play a game on fb.. it’s not like I am playing COD it’s FarmVille for gosh sakes!! It’s going back for sure!!! I’ll go back to my old laptop!!

I got this discounted, so maybe shouldnt be critical, but it is slow, and the other day the battery went down. I plugged back in and it wouldnt come on for a long time. Not sure the issue, but then it finally came back on. It took many attempts to get the power back on.
