It works but must have been a factory 2nd because the circular plug that goes into my laptop is a little loose. My laptop gave me a prompt for invalid hardware. I had to SafeBoot and tell the laptop it was a valid device/charger. I only use this charger when I forget my charger at work that came with my laptop. Im not saying its a bad product, just know what you are buying when you look for discounted electronics.

i bought this thinking the 4.5mm was the standard part of the cord, all the pictures make it look that way. but what i got was a barely fitting adapter, for the 7.4mm part. the rest of the charger does seem to be made well.

I received quickly but it is not same adapter as on descriptions photo, its is not Dell brand, jut made in china replacement ac adapter.

Ordered a new cord and got a used dirty cord.

I think the product is good. My concern is the condition of the item. I found dirt and hair and scratches on it. It looks like a used product, not new. So I gave it two stars.

It works well enough. It does have a high pitch humming sound from the power block. I suppose something isnt insulated properly. At any rate, it charges my laptop.

I already have both a LA65NS2-01 and a HA65NS5-00 charge cord - see the first two pictures. I bought this charge cord because it said ...LA65NS2-01 Compatible with HA65NS5-00... Great! Those are the two charge cords I already have. When the new one arrived - picture #3 - the part that plugs into the computer was not the correct size. My two existing plugs were small, the new one was much larger and would not fit into the laptop. All the rest of the stats on the back of the box were the same - but it would not fit my laptop. If you cant trust the model number in the description and on the box itself, what do you trust? It obviously is going back. I am very disappointed and will never buy from this company again!
