When my battery stopped charging, I thought it was the battery because of the age of the laptop. The battery came half charged and would never fully charge. I returned it and reordered. Same with the second battery. I then ordered the power cord. Works perfectly. No problem since.

It only charges my batter to 60% then shut off. Amazon sells junk no wonder they have a ceo who is rich.

I received quickly but it is not same adapter as on descriptions photo, its is not Dell brand, jut made in china replacement ac adapter.

The adapters received were HP brand - not compatible for Dell systems to recognize and use as a appropriate charger.

This was to big. I needed a small one

Needed an extra to carry with my laptop. Was hesitant to buy but it fit perfectly.

It works but must have been a factory 2nd because the circular plug that goes into my laptop is a little loose. My laptop gave me a prompt for invalid hardware. I had to SafeBoot and tell the laptop it was a valid device/charger. I only use this charger when I forget my charger at work that came with my laptop. Im not saying its a bad product, just know what you are buying when you look for discounted electronics.
