This product does not even last a year. I bought 2 of them and they each stopped working after 9 and 10 months of use

The cable stopped working after 8 months!

Arrived on time. Looks like my original Dell adapter. Charges without problem mine Dell XPS 13 laptop. Have it for a week and I am pleased with the purchase so far.

My Dell XPS13 had two problems - battery nearing end of life and plugged in - not charging. The second the more serious issue, meaning the computer can run off AC power (often with reduced CPU) but wont recharge the battery. Sometimes, this can simply be a problem with the charger connectivity wearing out but a new charger alone didnt fix things for me. The combination of a new charger and battery did. Working great about 3 weeks in.

This cord is just like the one we received with our computer! Works great and love how it so compact!

It worked fine for 2 months, but now itll cut out during charging and stop working unless I unplugged it and plugged it back in. Huge bummer.
