> 3 dayI wanted a backpack to carry my laptop that was durable and padded to protect my new gaming laptop. While it does do that, the 3 star rating Im giving it is due to its capacity. Its fits the essentials, and nothing more. The laptop, charger, a mouse, a controller, and a set of headphones. Theres not much room for anything else, so if youre travelling and wanting to carry more in your bag, you get 2 small pouches, one inside to hold a few small cables or dongles, and another on the outside along the top about the size of a small purse. This part being on the top of the bag makes it top heavy if I decide to throw in a power bank for my phone. I wanted to like this bag, given how expensive it was, but while durable, I couldnt do much with it

> 3 dayI love this Dell bag. I have been a fan of Dell and their bags for many years. The amount of room this bag has amazing. There are so many storage areas, pockets and compartments to choose from. I use this for work and also to travel with when flying. I have nothing negative to say about this bag. The bag is very durable and well made. Ive never had any issues with Dell bags and I have been using them for years.

> 3 dayWater resistant.. check. Access to laptop and other items with one zipper... check. pouch on the top holds accessories needed in short notice... check. enough space for my couple of books and my workstation (heavy) 15.6 laptop, check. price less than the swissgear i am replacing... yes. note that the swissgear had too many complications including a TSA feature that allowed it to fold flat. When the TSA allowed it it was good... but now everything goes out or stays in thr bag, and i cant have two exta zippers.. sorry preceeding bag. has a shaped foam part that makes it keep shape... check.. the only downside so far is it doesnt look quite as slick as in the pictures... but its still ok. handle for one handed grabbing, check... its even a part of the straps... which look good enough, but it also looks like it may keep it from a catastrophic failure by distributing load. I bought mine used on amazon, there wad a minor scuff. no big deal. for 50 bucks this bag is a yes. forget gaming.. this backpack should be used for business too. would pay more for a just a wee bit slightly bigger one with more sturdy materials... but this met my expectations and i have already retired my other backpack.

> 3 dayvery nice bag with room for all the essentials: mouse, 140 w charger, controller, headset, and drink pouch! my only complaint is that there isnt anymore room in the bag for anything else like papers or books. If i could get this quality at this price with another pouch for papers then I would give this good bag 5 stars.

Greater than one weekMy new computer is heavy compared to less expensive laptops. This case has a shoulder strap and two carry handles, my gear is safe in this bag. I cannot judge durability of the case, but I expect it to last years as it is well made.

> 3 dayTheres plenty of pockets and the bag is sturdy, but one of my zippers broke a little over a month of daily use. I expected something higher quality from a bag like this. I love the padding and hard outer shell, but be careful of the fragile zippers.

Greater than one weekOrdered the wrong size, but this would have been a perfect case for a larger laptop. Resold it promptly. If you or someone you know like mystery novels, check out https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0074AOMKS?ref_=dbs_pwh_calw_0&storeType=ebooks. Best wishes -- RJS

> 3 dayI actually lived this backpack. From the shell front for protection, designated headset holder, to the pull out rain cover this is a great laptop backpack for half the normal cost of others. My main complaint is the little cloth and rubber tabs on the zippers break fairly easily after a few months of use and almost all of mine are falling off.
