UPDATE (dropped 2 stars): A little over a year of normal use, the shoulder strap ripped. The material dried out and became brittle. Not sure if Ill buy again. Best bag Ive used in a while, it is smartly designed, comfortable and offers plenty of space and slick pockets without being bulky. This bag is high quality in feel, I was hesitant at first due to the Dell branding (I usually like no logos), but it is subtle in person. The contrast color inside makes finding things in darker environments much easier - a great common sense design element a lot of companies cheap out on. Glad I bought it!

Great Backpack at a great price. Holds my laptop and other things well. Shoulder pads are comfy. Arrived in perfect condition. Looks nice. AscendTech is an excellent and reputable merchant.

I had this bag and on my first trip, the shoulder pad is already torn. I will contact the manufacturer and see if there is a replacement. Overall, I am very disappointed with the quality of the stitching and feels cheap. I also noticed that this is NOT the bag that was advertised on Amazon. Very unhappy with this purchase. I warn all to review what you are ordering and don’t let what happened to me happen to you all. Bad quality materials.

Exceeds my expectations. Seller: Amazon Came in brand new wrapping. This is my first laptop bag pack and bought it to obviously store my laptop when moving. The backpack works well and laptop is slim when the laptop is in. I store various cables, adapters. Highly recommend.

My new computer is heavy compared to less expensive laptops. This case has a shoulder strap and two carry handles, my gear is safe in this bag. I cannot judge durability of the case, but I expect it to last years as it is well made.

I havent used it alot in the rain so I dont know about the resistance to water. Everything else is great. My laptop and other electronics fit great! The top pouch is. Great for easy access to smaller items. The only negative point would be the zipper. It gets slightly stuck sometimes but it gets unstuck when you bring the two parts together.

I think its a great pouch. It fits my XPS 13 perfectly. My only gripe is that the second pouch does not fit much since the laptop itself makes the sleeve very tight fitting. Other than that, its perfect for that I need.
