Dell SE2216HV 22 Screen LED-Lit Monitor, black

This is the 2nd monitor of the same model for my use at home. I use the second monitor to extend the display. I am very pleased with both the old and the new units and would recommend getting one if you are in the market for a 27 computer monitor.

Very nice looking monitor, the stand is very sturdy compared to my Samsung Im replacing with this. Colors are bright, bezel is pretty small. I bought two, after a month in I have no issues. I would definitely recommend this monitor to friends.

Easy to set up an install but I didn’t realize the resolution on the screen was not as good as my Mac and so the screen has everything just a little bit larger. Otherwise all good

Purchased for my wife who was given a Dell computer system to work from home. Unit came with a 15 monitor, that was hard to read and use. saw the 22 LED monitor, ordered it and two days latter it arrived, set up in 20 minutes and it works as expected, very pleased with the service.

Why do we need wide screens on a computer? Maybe its just me, but I would like to see a tall screen. This monitor is no taller than the 17 monitor that it replaced. And most applications I use place their menus and control bars on the top or the bottom edges, which makes the usable area of the screen even shorter. So, tell me again, Why do we need wide screens on a computer? All that aside, this Dell SE2216HV LED lit monitor is bright and clear. However, the pedestal has no provision to change to a portrait orientation..

I picked this up right at the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic. At work, I am set up with 2 27 monitors that my laptop plugs into. I knew I would be working from home for a while and I wanted to be using the same screen size. This allows me to have 2 windows open on the same screen and still be able to read both windows. Yes, its big but it works great. My son bought it for gaming a while back and loves this monitor a lot. I have had a few Dell products and this one for the price, clarity, brightness it excellent! Very, very happy with this purchase.

Its gorgeous.. Perfectly calibrated color. Only thing, it doesnt have vesa mount or height adjusts.

These Dell monitors are fantastic- I bought a pair of them 11/2018 and I could not be happier. I also purchased a Dell dock with triple monitor ports and it was plug&use simple. Excellent purchase, I am thoroughly impressed with the high quality and durability for such an affordable price. A+
