These racks worked perfect- I do a lot of free standing lace embroidery-the pegs on these stands are long enough to hold spool of thread and matching bobbin. My sister ordered 2 more for me they hold all my thread.

OK, It was a hard placing the pegs in the holes.

This is so much better than the wood one, you do need to flip the cones over for the serger cones but it still holds and looks great too.

Assembly can be tricky, but using it is great! I have two and want another one!

This is perfect for my embroidery thread spools. The spindles could be a bit sturdier but they have not broken so I am pleased.

The plastic would not have been my first choice. This got so many high ratings, I decided to get one to try it out. I also got a one piece metal one to see which I liked best. The pins are long, so this is good for cone threads, but theyre a little close together, so you may need to remove some in order to hold several cones next to each other. Assembly was fairly easy. Husband used pliers to snap the parts together. There is no support in the center of each of the rows. I guess this isnt necessary as it is only holding thread, but it feels wobbly. In the end, I kept the one I ordered, but purchased 4 of the one piece metal racks for all of my machine embroidery thread. IMO I think they look better and feel sturdier.

When I recieved the package, the bag was not wet, there was no holes. So I would assume that this product was sent to me soaked. The smell is disgusting. It smelt like sewer water. I had never had this happen to me.
