Greater than one weekYou likely will favor the soft fabric and relative comfort of this product but like many others, they tend to fall apart as they fill up. Most obvious is the back seem which is apparently made to give way even with moderate stress. They could be a bit longer in the body too. Im 6 and theyre just a tad bit short but this is not a biggie. What will get your attention is the leakage that has occasionally happened. This seems to be confined to a small sample of the product but not what you expect. Despite the shortcomings, overall these are a step up from the cheaper plastic pants that are at the low end. Ill wear them till something better comes along.

> 3 dayI have worn these for several years. The most recent shipment is disappointing. Fabric tears easily, the interior pad pulls away, they appear to be sized smaller. Im an extra large. Switching to a different brand.

> 3 dayThese look so nice, and are great for occasional dribblers. But when things get a little more serious, they fail completely. DryDirect brand or Tranquility will give you confidence for 6-8 hours, while Depends might last all of 2 or 3. The difference in cost is quickly made up in quantities used (8-10 daily for Depends, 4-5 for DryDirect) plus the time and money spent for endless laundry. Not to mention the stress of worrying about failure when away from home. I can’t believe we went over a year before finding alternatives, and often think of my dad, who spent his last 10 years in an endless search to remedy his problems with these big name brands that just don’t work.

Greater than one weekIve been using these for a few years. Ive bought them through Amazon before. This time the packaging was different. The Depends look the same, but these fall apart a lot faster. What Im referring to is the netting that holds the absorbance cotton in place. Before, I could go for a full day before that netting started to show signs of wear. Now its just a few hours. It starts to come loose in the back, so there area that I need for urinary incontinence is OK. However, where it starts to loosen in the back loses the ability to hold in the absorbent material, so I get small wads of cotton all over the floor.

> 3 dayBeen Buying these Real Fit for several years, now this extreme price gauging from under $60.00 to well over $100.00. to purchase. Almost double since my last puchase from Sept. I will be been buying a better price Disposable underwear, that will be just as much protection.

Greater than one weekI like being able to get 52 pair of underwear for about a dollar a pair. They are very effective at preventing wet spots on your pants if you have bladder control issues, and are very comfortable to wear.

> 3 dayThese are very good for protection when needed. The only negative thing is that when you pull them up in the back you have to be careful not to pull to hard or you rip the band from the product.

> 3 dayThey have been fine until today. My skin seems to be rejecting them due to rash with hives today. I will take a few days off and see what happens in the future.
