> 3 dayDepend Real Fit Maximum Absorbency Incontinence Underwear for Men have great medium to maximum absorbency. I like the look of the underwear compared to other products. The problem is, if you are somewhat overweight to obese, the waistband immediately rolls down and becomes somewhat uncomfortable. The waistband on products by Tena are much less likely to do this.

> 3 dayI purchase these disposable pull up underwear for a close 62 year old male friend who suffers from prostate cancer. He was diagnosed as being stage 4 and chose 1 of the surgery options that were recommended by his doctors. While the cancer is under control his bladder control is not. The doctors are still optimistic that the control will come back. In the mean time no one prepared him and he admits he never gave a thought about needing incontinence garments. His savings depleted and urinating night and day, much more than he ever had before the surgery he was in some really expensive trouble. I asked about this type of situation at the senior center and they told me how desperate those with incontinence become and there is little assistance available to them. I am older than he is and on a budget myself. I know how I would feel if I had urine running down my legs, no money and was staying at home all the time because I smelled like urine. I have been spending $200.00 a month out of my personal savings to help keep my friend dry. I have been buying Depend Real Fit Incontinence Underwear for Men, Maximum Absorbency, L/XL, Black, 52 Count here on Amazon for my friend. It is a little on the expensive side but it is very absorbent and fits snugly around the thighs preventing leakage most of the time. My friend reports back to me that he wear them to bed at night because they are rugged and seldom leaked at night. He cautions that you got to treat them with care and not yank them on stretching them out of shape. Because of the cost he only wears them to bed or when he goes to the doctors and wants to make sure he isnt embarrassed because they leaked and wet his outer pants. They do work well for him and seldom wets the bed when he wears them. Laundering bedding is expensive especially because he has to use coin-op machines. Laundry, another expense that he was not prepared for. He recommends to try to remember not to yank them on and stretch them out of shape. Those dressing stick aids used to pull up underwear or pants can put a hole in the underwear and tear the paper. Like he says after all they are paper and they will stretch and tear just like most of the products do some time or another. I purchase them here on Amazon because they have the best deal and quick to ship them.

> 3 dayWe like the convenience of having these delivered, and the price is competitive, but several pairs from the past few orders have torn up the side while my husband was putting them on. This does not happen with the Depends that we buy at our local pharmacy, so we have gone back to buying them locally.

Greater than one weekIf you get your sizing correct, theyre fairly comfortable. Perhaps a little tight at times, but theyre okay. The base material is pretty good, and its colored dark for extra concealment. Theyre very form-fitting, so no one can tell youre wearing them. The design chops off the butt padding, so they look very natural. But heres the problem: theyre very easily overwhelmed. And this is a big problem because these pull-ups are intended for away from home use. If your flow is always super light, then theyre probably okay for you. However, any flow higher will risk a leak. Because of this, its hard to have any real confidence in them. Simply having a drink of anything while youre out will sink you. Honestly, they could vastly improve the performance by (i) adding maybe 25% to 30% more front padding, and (ii) having internal walls to contain the flow. As it sits now, the pull-up relies on its tightness to form a seal against your skin, and it hopes that the padding does its job. This is subpar engineering. They can do better. My two suggestions would make this product a home run.

Greater than one weekThese are very comfortable for him to wear, the tag in the back it great as he doesn’t always know which way to put them on. They very seldom leak, they really absorb a lot!

> 3 dayMy husband, who suffers from incontinence, is convinced that the REAL FIT DEPENDS are the best in fit and comfort. He wont wear anything but the Real Fit. He is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 190 lbs. The Extra Large is the best size for him. Easy to pull up and down, and easy to change.

> 3 dayThese seem to be the best fitting of all their mens models. The can tear when pulling them on. They seem to be just as absorbent/reliable as their other high absorbency/overnight model.
