Real bummer this bag was a gift. Its not cheap, so we expected it to last more than one flight. But the back doesnt have a lot of reinforcement and I guess another bag hit the retractable handding inside the bag and snapped it.

Had a really tough time opening and closing suitcase. Zippers kept getting bound up at corners. Returned item without ever using it.

A wow moment. I felt like a queen rolling by Steve Madden suitcase through several airports. Many many compliments. The clever tag says Careful:My shoes are inside.

Love the color and ease of movement

This is a beautiful piece of luggage. My teenage granddaughter is going to love it. It came just as expected ....light-weight, easy to wheel, roomy, sturdy and with just enough bling to make it very attractive. Cant wait for her to take it on her first trip.

Perfectly functional and looks nice too. Since we decided to stop trying to squeeze everything into carry on luggage, this is next size up for checked bag. 10 days to two weeks travel not a problem. 4- wheels drive is very easy to maneuver through airports and stations and not clumsy on escalators or stairs. Has all the features we want: plenty of pockets inside, expansion zipper outside, tough exterior fabric, distinctive on baggage carousel. We did remove the fringe gizmo on zipper

I. Am a frequent traveler so decided to use this for 2 trips before reviewing. Before I even used it the cosmetic pouch button broke when I tried to remove it. Bummer since I was excited to use it. After 2 uses the luggage looks as worn as another Ive had for two yyears. The edges are frayed and the color scratched. Was thinking of buying another priece but I need something that will last. Waste of money.

I have packed my beautiful new bag, but will not leave on my trip for another few days. So far I love the spaciousness. and the ease with which it maneurvers, but I will know more after my trip. My bag arrived right on time and looks just like the picture. Beautiful! Also love the 10 year warranty. The price was right compared to similar bags I looked at.
