Ive received a broken box with my product

Used it only four times and the retractable handle no longer will retract. Its sad that even when you pay good money for something, its still crap.

I ordered this piece of luggage for my wife. Her old Nautica bag had been ripped apart by the airlines. Found this Steve Madden luggage and got it for her. She loves it. Has all the features she wanted and has held up so far (although our travel has decreased due to the Covid times we have been in). The luggage is so distinctive that you can tell it is yours right away when it hits the luggage carousel in an airport. it handles well, has pockets to keep things separated and seems pretty sturdy. Good purchase.

We bought just this one piece to see if we liked it before buying a set. It arrived very quickly...great service. Havent actually used this piece on a trip but we love all the pockets. It looks lovely...we are very pleased.
