Im a Master Gardener and am always on the lookout for a good tool. Im also getting a bit older and a good tool that save steps is big on my happy list. This one checks all the boxes. Its sturdy, the sharp edge makes easy work of tough soils, great length, perfect size for transplants and digging weeds. Get one you wont regret it!

The size and shape are very useful for transplanting. The heavy metal blade is rugged. Has a sharp edge all the way around, that can be re-sharpened, perfect for cutting through roots. You should wear gloves while using the trowel.

Sturdy and feels good in the hand. Have used it to dig successfully in our rocky clay soil. We have already ordered 2 more for gifts and another for our garden tool bucket.

Useful tool! It makes transplanting annual plants very easy. It can separate out individul plants that have grown together! All around excellent quality!
