> 24 hourWorth the price? Maybe? Honestly I just got tired of installing new cheap nozzles after the softer ones would degrade and ruin my prints :P

> 24 hourYeah, its pricey. I wish it were cheaper too. It also delivers on all its promises. It stays clean, It prints with fantastic detail and so far no clogs. A noticeable improvement over the stock brass on the Ender S1.

> 24 hourNozzle kept clogging despite the companys claims that the diamond insert made this impossible. Swapped it out with a hardened steel nozzle so I could get back to work. Not worth the price.

> 24 hourI got this nozzle as a luxury gift for myself and to help get my printer prepared for abrasive and high temp filaments. I am running it on an almost stock Ender 5 Pro with the Creality hot end (POLISI3D all metal heat break), but with an E-Fit Direct Drive mod, inside an enclosure tent. Pros: It does absolutely everything advertised. Manufactured and sold in the United States. Cons: It is pricy. Hardened version of the nozzle is still in development. They do not make versions for proprietary hot ends like the Creality Spider. So far I have ran cheap PLA, eSun PLA Pro, and JAYO TPU through this, as well as Amolen Dark Blue Glow in the Dark filament. The PLA came out pretty standard, although I did most of my prints at the low end of the manufacturers recommendations. Before I got this nozzle, I had a lot of problems with the Amolen filament due to the abrasiveness and viscosity of the filament. This nozzle alleviates many of those issues because the diamond conductivity and low friction coefficient really helps the flow. Each nozzle has a laser engraved serial number and a lifetime warranty. The metal nozzle case is neat, and so is the sticker. The 3DMusketeers interview with the US Synthetics design team was extremely informative. Found out from that video that the dark color of the nozzle tip is because the sintering process includes using cobalt to fuse the polycrystalline diamond. I really want more of these, but I only managed to get the .4mm nozzle thanks to a holiday gift card

> 24 hourHands down best nozzle out there. Ive printed 10s of KGs of all sorts of different filament and it doesnt skip a beat. CF and GF nylon, CF and GF ABS, etc, and this nozzle has held up beautifully. Plus, Diamondbacks warranty and customer support is incredibly effective and hassle-free. Highly recommend, the price is worth it.

> 24 hourA diamond nozzle, sounds silly. Sounds like Im going to get a nozzle that sparkles, sputters, and then proves to be just like every other nozzle. I was so happy to be wrong. This nozzle is exactly what it says it is, in an industry with very little accountability for claims made by manufactures. It is a lot of money for one nozzle. Buy it anyways. I havent had to buy a new nozzle in almost 8 months now. I ran this nozzle into my magnetic PEI sheet and gouged a canyon in it. The nozzle was unscathed. No jams, no clogs, and I still get the smoothest layers running at the lowest temperatures of any of my brass, plated, or hardened nozzles.

> 24 hourMake sure the threaded section matches you current nozzles. It was too short for my Ender 5 S1 and caused it to get clogged.

> 24 hourAll I can say is wow this nozzle prints absolutely perfectly. I have a Voxelab Aquila (Ender 3 v2 clone) with Ender Sprite DD extruder and the MK8 version of this nozzle works perfectly. Seems like nothing sticks to the nozzle and prints are silky smooth. Nozzle is not cheap but way worth it IMO.
