> 3 dayI bought this because the Brothers Printer that I have doesnt have a method of preventing dust from getting into the document feeder and scanner. Sine I use my printer for personnel use and dont use it very frequently there is the potential for a lot of dust build up. This thing is made out of a very durable canvas or canvas like material. I cant see any reason that this cover wont outlast the printer itself. I would definitely purchase this again if I found myself in the unlikely scenario of owning more than one printer.

> 3 dayThis cover is an absolute perfect fit. Its well stitched, end of sturdy material. The lower edges sit right on top of the surface your printer is sitting on so no dust is getting in. Hoping to say goodbye to the phantom paper jam phenomenon.
What harm can a little dust do?
By the time you see that fine layer of dust on top of your printer, you can be certain at least 3 times that amount of dust has been sucked in thru the vents and holes outside, settling into its internal components that are used to run the printer. While you can wipe that dust on top away, the dust inside just keeps building up in a thickening layer and sticking to the electronics inside by static charge.
