> 3 dayIve owned several Dirt Devils. As I only have area rugs, and wood floors, I went with the smaller one. The suction is very good. I have three cats, and a dog. So lots of pet hair. This vacuum did the job. The only negative is that this vacuums base is a bit wobbly, and doesnt seem as sturdy as theDirt Devils Ive owned in the past. All in all a good little vacuum for the price.

Greater than one weekThis vacuum may be good for people with less mess, but it’s not compatible with my household. I have a dog and a cat, so maybe too much fur or something. I have had this vacuum for a little less than a year now, and it only worked well the 1st 2 months. The attachments and suction hose never worked, and it’s now time to replace it. So, I’m not really impressed. The shelf life isn’t long

> 3 dayThe weak link is the wand does not stay on the handle..this really bothers me but it does suck good and is lighter than my other vacuums.

> 3 dayI did not expect this vacuum to work super great since it’s not a high end vacuum, but you’d never even know the difference with this vacuum. Does an amazing job picking up dirt and any little thing.

> 3 dayThe assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired. Need more verbal and pictoral instructions, specifically on connecting the hose. Doesnt mention the one black end and the one gray end. Vaguely shows you where to put one of the ends, and does not tell/show you where to put the other end! When I called the helpline, the customer service person did not know and could not tell from her picture which end was gray and which was black! She pretty much said put it where it fits! After using the the sweeper today, I found out that I have the hose ends in the wrong place! The instructions should tell you about the cord clip by the top cord wrap hook. Love how light weight it is. The instructions on putting the filter and handle back into the dirt cup are bad. The instructions say to put the filter back into the handle, but the picture shows the filter put back into the dirt cup, and then the handle back in. Twisting the handle back in is difficult. ***After one year of use, the plastic end broke off of the hose assemply. My problem is not with the product, it is with Dirt Devil. They are making it VERY difficult to get a replacement, UNDER THE WARRANTY. If you are not tech savy, DONT get a Dirt Devil. They are very hard to communicate with.

> 3 dayPlenty of size and power for cleaning smaller rooms and stairways. Easy to use and empty the bin. Does struggle a little with taller/thicker carpet but not bad.

> 3 dayThis vacuum has a lot of suction power for the size. I really like how lightweight it is, especially when I have to lug up and down stairs. It really pulls a lot out of my rugs and carpet and Ive noticed my sons allergies seem a bit better. It does tip a bit easy, but not complaining for the price and how well it does the job.
