> 3 dayIts a cap for your dishwasher air gap. It looks better than the chrome one that mine came with. It would look even better if I had a matching faucet. You just replace your old cap with this one. Its a good size that it will fit over the existing air gap. The material seems sturdy and feels better than the chrome one that mine came with.

Greater than one weekWe recently installed a new matte black kitchen faucet and had this dishwasher air gap that was still the old silver color like our old faucet. We looked everywhere for a black air gap cover and finally found this one. It looks great and fit nice and snug. Matches our matte black faucet exactly. Very happy with this. 5 stars!

> 3 dayThis took under a minute to install - I screwed off the old one, that had a foam looking sealer that showed. I was able to put this black one over and screw it on over the foam sealer. It looks so good. Some of the other reviewers note that you can see the white pipe inside. I just turned mine so that the two vent holes face away from the viewer. It looks beautiful. Super sturdy and I am guessing it will last forever.

> 3 dayThe material used and finish is great. Oddly enough, the diameter is just barely too large to fit against the over counter airgap on my countertop. Perhaps this is to make it more widely compatible with varying sizes. I just added a lining of black electrical tape a few times over on the inner lip and it fits snugly now.

Greater than one weekWhen we moved into our home I noticed that the water overflow cap was broken and wasnt secure. Weve lived in our home for almost 3 years. I didnt really pay attention to replacing the cap until I happened to see these on here. I took the old, nasty, cracked one off and easily popped this one right into place. Im very happy with it.
